Quality Manager

Workplace: Gruszczyce (gmina Błaszki), woj. łódzkie

Key responsibilities:

• Coordination of projects related to the improvement and maintenance of an appropriate level of product quality;
• Responsibility for maintaining a high level of quality;
• Comprehensive management of the Quality Control Department in the company;
• Assure plant adherence to policies and procedures detailed in the company product specifications compliance GMP/ GHP, HACCP, BRC;
• Accountable for investigation of consumer & customer complaints within production;
• Conducting audits and activities related to ensuring compliance;
• Cooperation with managers from other departments and recommending optimal solutions;
• Ensuring the completeness of documentation and compliance with legal requirements;
• Creating quality documentation;
• Preparation of required analyzes and reports;

Requirements & Competencies:

• Minimum 3 years as Quality Manager or other Quality related function in a manufacturing environment;
• Excellent listening and negotiation skills;
• Proficient verbal, written and presentation skills; communicate clearly with creditability and confidence;
• Ability to Communicates effectively with individuals at all levels inside and outside the company;
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, specifically in a manufacturing environment;
• Proficiency in the following software applications: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Power Point;
• Excellent business English (written & spoken);
